This return policy does not in any way limit your rights under the consumer guarantees act. It just sets out how we see returns and will manage them in a fair way.

 

Warranty/Repairs

We pride ourselves on providing great products but if something doesn’t seem right please get in touch with us immediately. Email – [email protected] or give us a call. Depending on the issue will either repair, replace, or refund the item.

Exchanges

Size Exchanges – We acknowledge that sometimes sizing is hard to judge online. In light of this helmets, shoes, and harnesses can be tried for sizing and returned for another size. This is to be done in a timely manner. Within two business days from receiving the item would be greatly appreciated. If the product is intended as a gift and the recipient is going to be away for a while we are happy to accommodate but please let us know so we can make a note of it and agree to a fair time frame.

Change of Mind – Please note that as the majority of our products are for life saving purposes change of mind returns are not always possible. If you receive the product and realise it’s not fit for purpose we may be able to change it over. However, products must be unused and their original packaging. Please let us know by emailing [email protected] as soon as you can and we can work out the best option.

Custom / Non-stock Products – Custom or non-stock products such as branded bags/harnesses, harness made with custom designs/fabrics, and non-stock items that are either made to order or special order are unfortunately not eligible for returns or exchanges apart from warranty issues. In some cases we may be able to offer modifications – again just get in touch and we will see what can be done.

Unless stated otherwise all return postage for change of minds, resizing, etc are at the senders cost. Faulty products, not as described, or anything we deem appropriate will be covered by us in which case you will be sent a prepaid return courier ticket.

We try to be as reasonable as possible with the above policies and when we do deal with returns on the odd occasion we like to go the extra mile. If in doubt just give us a call or drop us an email and we will get it sorted.
